PLEASE HELP.

I have registered a new Paypal Account and got it running for the first time. Yay!

I have the following confirmed: 

Email - Confirmed

Mobile Phone - Confirmed

Bank - Confirmed

Debit - Unconfirmed

I have only 1 Debit card and I have never used it on paypal before but when I entered it with correct information a message showed up and said "We're sorry, This card can't be linked to any more PayPal accounts. Please use another card. 

This is weird because I have never used this card on any paypal account. My dad and sister have separate Paypal accounts but they have different card numbers.

Please help, I want to buy/sell stuff and transfer funds easily but can't until I get this issue sorted !

In USA,the only wayto transfer fund to a bank account is using your bank account number,not a debit card.

and it takes 3-5 days.

what kind of debit card are you trying to add?

Is your debit card a shared account or is it your personal account which no one else uses?
