The TIN file uploader has been broken since day one. I attempted to send in my TIN information via mail and I am assuming it never reached their HQ. So my account is now locked and it is interferring with bussiness. There is no way to contact anything, and the only way to report a problem is the file a dispute against someone. Which I can't do because they are my customers. Please someone help me find a number to contact (I called PayPal already and they were no help) Are they any e-mails I can send to someone to help lift these restrictions?
