Switzerland Confirmed Address? only Canada, UK and US can be Confirmed

I see a notice on a transaction that says "(address) CH-4053 Basel Switzerland Confirmed" I clicked on the (?) next to this and a popup says: "At this time, only addresses in Canada, the United Kingdom and United States can be Confirmed." Central to my question, Switzerland is not located in Canada, the United Kingdom, or United States.

 

So is the Switzerland address confirmed or not?
