I recieved an email from Paypal saying that to verify my account i would need to check my bank account for small amounts deposited by paypal and the get back to paypal with the details of the amounts, but i didnt recieve anything from them
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
