Finally! I tried so many secret links that didn't work until this one. Support doesn't even know about this.

Thanks to all of you. Because we reside in The Bahamas, this option is not available. I was able to open a new account and added her Bank information. She is now able to make purchases using her personal debit card.

Thanks for the accurate link, titophe. What a shame that PayPal can't take the time to put this option on the menu bar, summary page, or somewhere simple and intuitive.

Student accounts were discontinuted last year.

I would like to set up a student account for my 14 year old daughter.  We keep receiving a error message " An Paypal account already exist for the email address......"  We have tried using another email address and received the same error message.

Please help!
