The title basically says it all. I provided my ssn because my account got limited and it was accepted, and I am still limited. I have been trying to Email Paypal for a month now, and all they give me are instructions on how to send my ssn. Can somebody ACTUALLY help me out here please?

As this is a peer to peer communtiy, issues such as this cannot be fixed through this public forum. You would need to phone customer support, emails ususally don't resolve these types of issues. What we can tell you is, in order to lift account limits, PayPal prefers both a bank account and credit card - if that's not possible other forms of ID may be requested including your SSN, photo ID (driver's license) and/or a copy of a utiltiy bill that has both your name and address listed on it.
