It says to provide business and product information but i dont have either as I dont run any business and havent sold anything online in a while. It also says i have another account but the name of it is for my old website from over a year ago that I shut down and never used paypal for it. Any help?
What type of account are you trying to setup, Personal or Business ??
If you had previous account, in order to setup a new account, you would need a different/new email address and different/new bank account assuming you did not remove the banking details from the old account.
