Resolution Center Issue

A while back PayPal said that they needed more information before I could make transactions. I sent in the info they asked for, and the resolution Center said it would take 2 business days for them to lift my suspension or to contact me. It took them 7 days, and when they sent me a message saying it still wasn't enough info, they said to send in more. My issue is that the resolution Center still has the same page saying theyll get back to me in 2 business days so I can't send in any info. Any help would be appreciated. Also I would like to mention I can't remove my debit card from my account nor can I delete my account.
