If the way you're currently doing it is working, I don't think I would complicate it.
One option, she would need a Kuwait PayPal Account and your landlord or who ever the rent is going to would need one too. The landlord could setup a subscription or recurring payment for your daughter-in-law to accept - then the monthly amount would be paid automatically and go directly to the landlord - the downside is the landlord would have to pay a transaction processing fee each time he or she received the payment. This process leaves you out of the middle if everyone is OK with going with this method.
