Removing an Invoice from my Activity Directory

A seller sent me an invoice awhile back but now that he has sent me some of my money back (as much as the fees would allow according to him) I'd like to remove the invoice from my activity. Is there any way to go about this so it's not just sitting there? Both the seller and I have come to agreement that I won't be making anymore payments to this invoice, but they said they need to keep it themselves for business records. How can I handle this on my end?

You can't delete any records but, you can archive them.

 

Login to your account.

Go to your "Activity" section.

Locate and click on the invoice transaction.

You should now be on the "Invoice Details" page.

Click on "Manage Invoice" - top of page.

"Check" the BOX in front of that transaction.

In the "Batch Actions" box, click on the down arrow.

Click on "Archive".

Like magic - it's gone (now it's archived)

 

You can also unarchive a transaction.
