Im trying to remove my old credit card and kepp getting an error saying oaypal isnt working redirecting too much. Ive cleared my browser, cookies, and cashe. Ive tried 3 differemt times and even tried to call but the wait is 2.5 hours. I need to pay for goods now. How do I remove the old card so I can put the new one on?
