Redirect Loop

I am trying to access the Wallet.  I can get into Account History just fine.  Anytime I attempt to access Summary or any other tab for that matter, I get a redirect loop message.  I have already deleted cookies and history as well as tried incognito mode in Chrome.  Tried in Firefox and IE and still same message.

I have the exact issue for over three years, and it's still broken. I can log in to this forum but i cannot access my paypal account pages, it always gives me redirect loops. I can't even close this account because I can't load my account pages.

I'd love to disable 2FA, but whenever I click "update" on the Security key section, that's when I get the redirect loop.

So not only does this mean I can't disable 2FA, I have to keep my old phone since the Symantec VIP app can't transfer.
