I changed my address in september and have been having issues with a seller shipping my items to me despite being advised of the new address. Is there a way that I can see the date the address was changed so I can provide them proof that I changed it when I said I did?
If you changed your address AFTER you made the payment then the seller would have no paypal protection if they sent to your new address, as it would not be the address that was on your paypal account and which they recieved after you paid.
You should ask them to refund you > then pay again now you have added your new address.
