Problem Printing Reports

Hi; hope somebody has experience with this!   I am trying to print monthly activity summaries to do my end-of-year book-keeping. Usually no problem but this year it is printing out in a teeny tiny box at the top left of the page.  Everything's there, but it is miniscule!  No help at all to me, and this happens even if I download in PDF format first.  What gives?  Otherwise my printer is acting enirely normally.  please God, let somebody have some idea ... I tried calling support but no answers.

This was a Chrome issue, apparently.  i went to Firefox and printed as usual.
