Premier account unable to receive funds??!!

I work online and my employer is relaying to me that when they go to pay me using my paypal ID information,they received a message saying that the recipient unable to receive funds at this time;recipient has to set up PayPal account to receive funds.When I go check my account it says it's been verified and account limits have been lifted.Please help 😞

Double check the email address he is sending it to and make sure theres not a typo in it.

@kernowlass thanks for replying.We conversed and the email he has is accurate. I doubled check to ensure that I gave him the correct address as well. Is there something in my settings that I need to activate? I was wondering if I need to send a payment request to "activate" it....? Regards Welete
