Phone verification problem

Hi All,

 

I have a problem as well. I cant receive code as my phone numbers are not working anymore. On top of this I changed country. What shall I do?

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community Help Forum for assistance. 🙂

 

I understand that you are not able to receive a code from PayPal as the phone number no longer works and that you have moved to a different country. There are different banking laws and guidelines for each country which makes it important to have a PayPal account registered in the county you reside. In this situation, you will need to close the current PayPal account and create a new account in the country in which you currently live.

 

Once the old account has been closed, you may click on the flag at the bottom right corner of the PayPal web page. This will display all of the countries in which PayPal is available. Click on the flag for the country in which you currently reside to view the option to sign up for a PayPal account in that country.
