Hello! I've used PayPal to send and receive money through email but someone couldn't get the email to work so they sent it to my phone number. I didn't get any emails or text messages so I decided to check my settings. Apparently it didn't confirm my mobile number so I tried to confirm but I would receive no SMS message from PayPal. After waiting a couple hours I tried and again and eventually I was told that "for security reasons, we locked this phone number for now. Try again in a little while." I have three questions... 1: how long will my phone be locked (when can I try again)?? 2: why didn't the text message come in? (I have all my SMS on and blocked numbers off) 3: what will happen to the money that was already sent to my unconfirmed phone number?
