I have been trying to change my last name for months! I've sent in documents multiple times, have tried calling multiple times, only to remain on hold. This is ridiculous. Anyone have any suggestions??? Paypal has the worst customer service!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
