I was permanently limited 7 months ago, in 2017. I just now received an email around a few days ago stating the funds are not able to be withdrawn from my account. However, the bank account set on that account is now closed and I switched banks months ago. It wouldn't allow me to add a bank and came up with an error message. How can I withdraw my money? It won't let me add my bank or even by sending a check for some reason it comes up with an error for that too.
