Paypal wont tell me how to lift limitation after 3 emails moderator please help

Ive done everything theyve asked, they lifted my limitation for 1 day the next day I logged in and it was limited again and I did nothing. I asked them what happened and and they wont give me a answer and tell me to go to your resolution center to fix it.....theres nothing in my resolution center to fix nothing requireing attention ...and they wont tell me via email either so I told them to just close the account. I was approved for a good ammount of credit too before they added the limitation, and I have yet to use any of it, I have a large credit line open just sitting here for a month now not being used, that effects your credit negitivly .....

Do you have a bank account and credit card linked and confirmed to your account ?? PayPal Credit is one thing however, if you don't have the account setup properly, it can be a challenge.
