Hey,
Paypal took 17.83 from my Paypal Account and put me into a Negative balance.
When I go to the Paypal Website and check my Activities the Transaction isn't there but when I go into the App it is.
I tried to go to the Resolve Center for this Transaction by Paypal but it won't let me,

History:
My Brother 1 put 48,70€ into my Account
I gave Brother 2, 24€ for a purchase
After that, I put 39,69€ from my Paypal Account to my Bank.
1 Day later Paypal took 14,99€ + 2,84€ Fees from my Paypal Account and put me into a negative balance.
The thing is, Paypal made a mistake for showing and allowing me to withdraw the wrong amount of money.
I did it from the App and you can only withdraw money that's on your Paypal Account.

Paypal charged me now Money because they did a mistake.
UPDATE: I checked the Resolution Center again and now the Transaction from Paypal isn't there like it never happened
but I'm still in a negative Balance. I also panicked when I saw it and asked my brother to put in 18€ but 0,69 Fees and I'm still 0,52 in negative.
