Paypal customer service

Emailed PayPal 37 times and not once got a response. Starting to think they care less about customers. My account was limited and its past the 180 days and I've been trying to withdraw my money. Added my bank to do so and the withdraw money option completely disappeared from the PayPal mobile app.. now I am thinking paypal is scared that all their customers are giving them the boot and withholding money from them for tax purposes. One of these days I'll be taking a **bleep** on their doorstep and wiping my **bleeep** with their ties just for the pure satisfaction

Have you tried calling them at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call? Emailing someone quite a bit can be considered unsolicited.
