I have now had two purchases sent to the wrong address. I moved 5 months ago, all the old information is updated, and removed and replaced with my new address however when I order through my PayPal account it still is putting the old address on even when I specifically add the correct one from the store I am purchasing through. One Amazon one Bed Bath and Beyond.
Each of these people say Paypal will change the address even when you add a specific one if that address is in your Paypal account.
How on earth do I get this resolved? I have searched Paypal and nowhere is the old address showing. On all my cards its changes also.
Help!! Paypal has not responded to 2 requests of assistance.
