PayPal Manager Login - Error on PayPal Password

I can log into PayPal.  When accessing the PayPal Manager for the PayFlow link - PayPal account and password are not recognized in the PayPal Manager Login.  How do I sync this.  The Link between PayPal and PayFlow has been done.  Can the password on PayFlow be updated?  I believe that the password for the PayPal account was changed after establishing the Link - Is that a problem?

Hi Chris8475,

 

The password on PayPal Manager is separate from your PayPal password. This means they may be the same, but it's possible they're different. If you're unable to log in, I would advise resetting the password. Please contact us if you run into any issues. I hope this helps! 🙂
