I have no clue why my account is locked, I don't even have any notifications that say it. Anyways, I can't send money at all for some reason. Can anyone help?

Sorry but only customer services can help you with account issues.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
