Is it in your PayPal balance? If so, then yes, you can, if you have a personal account you just go to wallet, then under PayPal balance you select transfer money. There, if your bank account is linked, it should give you the option to "move money out". If you have a business account you just go to money, then click transfer money. From there you can select from your PayPal balance, and to a bank account or your house via check.
