I am trying to update my phone number but it will not allow me to do so. Let me explain my situation; I am in the military currently overseas and I have Belgian phone number. I still use my American bank accounts and what not, beings so I can not confirm my account becuase I no longer have an American phone number. I would like to add my Belgian phone number to account so that I can continue using Paypal.
