Open an account for my son

My son isn't 18 years old, his new job pays him online via BTC or Paypal, and since he cannot register one, how may I open one for him? how would I go about this, thank you!

You cannot open an account for another person; that would be fraud.

Your son will have to open his own account after he turns 18.  In the meantime perhaps he can get his own credit card.
