I not get access the dashboard to create sandbox account. I did login and clicked on Dashboard but show me error 500, What is this?
That means "An unexpected error occurred inside the server that prevented it from fulfilling the request.". Try accessing the dashboard again later.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
