Hey guys, I want to ask something about a paypal limitation I received some days ago.
So after I received some money I got an email from PP that my account access was limited. I uploaded the needed documents (ID, proof of address etc.)
Everything was accepted except my proof of address document.
I'm trying to upload a different one now but everytime i try to do it i get this message (

days have passed since this happened and i've tried uploading the file again and again. it never worked. Googled the issue numerous times but nothing worked. Called PayPal support and they just said they are ''working'' on the issue.
I really need the cash asap because I need to give them to a friend in need. IF someone has ever come across this issue, please help me.
