A while back, I've tried to link my visa prepaid card to my paypal account but no confirmation code is showing up in my statements after over a year. What the **bleep**? Additionally, when I tried to get a new confirmation code, I get this message: "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." What the **bleep**? I already PAID to get my card linked to my paypal account....
I'm completely lost. What am I supposed to be doing?
