Hi, so I created a GCash account, which provides you with a Virtual AmEx card, and tried linking it to PayPal.
It did connet but I just realized a problem. I put in the wrong address in the "Billing Address" of the card. I've written my Philippine address thinking that that's what it's asking for. Now I can't change it to the American address that was written on the card. I can edit it but it only shows provinces in my country on the "State/Province" section. I basically can't withdraw to this card because of the wrong address. Please help.
PS. I tried writing to PayPal but what I got is a generic response of how to edit the card's details but it didn't answer my specific issue.
