My wife's account "not yet registered"?

I need help for my wife's account. My wife's account was already verified by paypal on 10th april. But this morning (22 april) she can't open her account on paypal. She was trying on "forgot password" but the paypal system said that her email on paypal wasn't registered yet.

How that possible? What should her do to get her account back?
