Hi. Anyone here got the same issue as me? I just made a new account cuz of I moved house and then I forgot my password and account got locked when I keep on trying to logged in,it says I tried many times. So I decided to make a new one. But then again, I can’t transfer all my money to my bank account. It says I need to wait 21 days. What should I do to be able to get it asap!. Tia
Well, you could try a phone call to PayPal support.
Other options.
Wait the 21 as for the the accounts to re-set.
Stop trying to fix it with more accounts; you'r just making the problem worse and maybe even permanent.
You should have recovered your password.
YOu need to understand policies for a new account in a new county--or whatever you are trying to do. It was poorly explained as it is unlikely you moved your house.
