My Account access is limited from 9th February, 2018. I have already submitted documents for review.

  • Upload a photo ID: Completed
  • Provide information on account activity: Completed
  • Provide your business information: Submitted for review

So, how long it's going to take. It's little urgent.

depends what documents they needed and if you provided the correct ones.

depends if they have accepted the ones you sent.

depends how many staff available.

depends how busy they are.

depends when they get around to doing it.

 

I have known folks wait weeks / months but then they may be the exceptions, only c.s. can tell you for sure.

I got my process accelerated by calling PayPal and making sure that my issue showed up in the Resolution Center on the PayPal webpage. Yes, the PayPal is notorious for errors and security inconsistencies, but versus using e-mail or fax, the Resolution Center avenue got my release activated within eight hours.
