My Resolution Center is empty, but I still have a dispute open.

How the **bleep** do I settle something that's "pending" or "on hold" if when it tells me to go to the resolution center to fix it...the resolution center is completely empty? Please god someone **bleep**ing fix it. I can't even talk to a **bleep** human on the phone to explain it. 

 

My client accidentally paid me twice. I tried to accept one and refund the other because they were both "Held." Now one has gone through but the other is some weird limbo **bleep** and have no information I can give my client other than "**bleep** if I know why they think I have to do something, I LITERALLY can't do anything."
