Moving money from PayPal balance into a prepaid debit card if possible.

I was wondering if you could because let's say I wanted to buy something for 100. I sold that item for 200 (I am doing a reselling type thing and can make profit). That 200 is moved into my paypal balance and now I want to transfer 200 dollar paypal balance back into my Prepaid Debit cart. Is this possible at all.

Yes, this is possible. With this specific PayPal debit card you will need to have the card linked to your PayPal account then you will need to do a balance transfer from your PayPal account to your PayPal Prepaid card account.

In addition to the PayPal Prepaid Card that @Oregon11 mentioned, it may potentially be possible to withdraw your funds to a non-PayPal prepaid debit card that you have linked in your Wallet, but only if it is eligible for withdrawal. The system checks the debit cards in your wallet for eligibility when you choose to withdraw, and will present any linked cards as withdrawal options at that time. If the card is linked and confirmed and is not showing as a withdrawal option, then it is not eligible for withdrawal.
