hi ; my name is waleed and my paypal is from dubai , my account got locked for 180 days and now it's more than 250 days and the Arabic team ( which they showed that they are in Ireland) are not responding to my "REFUND" . i ahve provided all details asked ( bills, driving license ) but still paypal is not refunding the money . As i Called and called then and they took my new id where i have to send the money but NO +ve NEWS of payment to FRIENDS PAYPAL. Any responsible person who can guide me on tell the way to get refund.
