Hi, I have been using PayPal a while now, and coincidentally had Over £2000 in my account, which requires personal information like a passport. However I did not know of this message and now money has been locked in my account which I cannot withdraw or send. I sent PayPal my passport and also an electric bill with my address on it, however they rejected both, and didn’t specifically tell me why. I can still give refunds so is my best option to refund someone the money in my account and ask for it back to my bank account? Or is there another way? As PayPal won’t do anything during calls apart from tell me to send information which has already been rejected. Thanks in advance, Leo

PayPal should sent you an email explaining what you can and cannot do with your account.
No one else can guess your issue.
