Missing money!

I requested money to be transferred to my bank card using the app on 8/28/17. The transaction is still pending and I'm told there is a system issue.....I am beyond upset about this! No one seems to be give me a time frame as to when my money will be returned. I have bills to pay and have also been charged bank fees. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and noticed I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I can't understand how this can't be fixed right away. I feel like I've been robbed! HELP!!!
