Missed the 4-digit CODE for confirming the credit card

Hello I hope you can all help me.

I tried to add the card to my account, and I missed the CODE (4-digit) for confirming the card. And then, when I tried to add the card again it kept disappearing from the card list, and I could not confirm it again, is there a time perion that needs to pass before adding the same card again?
