I've used the same mastercard for about 2 years on this paypal account then all of a suddenly I start getting payment refusals with no explanation to why when my card works perfectly normal when not going through paypal. I've tried to update and even remove and re add my card and nothing seems to work. I attempted to ask paypal support but I got an utomated response that I already read on their help page for that subject. Can anyone tell me whats going on please?
