Hello everyone, Serbian citizen again. I was Googling, and I found an article with some info about how PayPal and MasterCard have signed some sort of agreement that expands their cooperation or something. That gave me hope that now I should be able to withdraw money from PP to my MC. So, is it (still not) possible? Is my only way to find a VISA card? I'm also in the middle of the verifying process of my MC.
