Made an account when I was younger than 18

Dear Cumonity 

I have an account that I made when I was 17 and 7 months. 

The thing is I didn't know that it wasn't allowed to make an account when you're younger than 18. 

So my account got blocked I can't withdraw money nor can I send money, delete my card from it.

So they told me I had to make a second account which I did but and transfer the money.

The thing is I called them but paypal didn't answer me on how I should transfer my money from the first to the second one

Could someone please help me out been stuck with this problem for 4 months now

Contact customer services, phoning is your best option.

I have called multiply times for some reason they are closed.

Still stuck with this problem. 

I contacted them again through Facebook and they told me I would have to wait 180 days, before my funds would be open.
