Locked out of account

I created a paypal account  2 hrs ago and forgot to write down the password, I tried the passwords i thought where the ones be have since been locked out of the account. Ive tried password recovery but it gives me security questions i dont remember setting 

Please help

There is an option to reset a password by phone. Please click on Forgot  your email or password? link to view the reset by phone option. PayPal will call you through an automated phone call and provide a four to five digit number to reset the password. If for any reason the reset by phone option does not work, you may contact PayPal Customer Support to reset the password.
