Linking my USD Isle of Man Offshore account to PayPal Merchant account

Can someone assist me? I already have an offshore USD account that I would like to link my Paypal merchant account for my website. Is this possible?

I phoned up support, can't link my Isle of Man USD bank account to my UK PayPal account so I'm switching to Payoneer instead to avoid PayPal's rip-off foreign exchange rates.
