Linking different CArd

Hi,, just wanna ask if it is ok to link my sister's master card in my account to verified it and for future transaction..

You can shop with your sister's card if you have her consent but it's more recommended that your sister open up her own PayPal accnt and add her card on to that and shop via that. Incase you run into a dispute or a problem, it's easier done through your sister's PayPal account than explaining to reps as to why you have your sister's card, establishing proof of consent and so on and so forth.
