Limited account: Can anybody please give me a solution

Hi,

I'm from Bangladesh and I used this Paypal verified from my relative's Bank account of USA. My account is limited, don't know how to solve it.

We're from Bangladesh, really facing a lot of problems without Paypal. However, now how can I resolve the issue? I want to get back the money.

Can anybody please give me a solution so I can transfer fund to another Paypal or can easily use that amount?
