Limited account. Adding Credit Card Information.

Good day.

 

My account was tagged as limited. In order to resolve this, I need to confirm my credit card details as provided by the Resolution Center. However, since my account is limited, I cannot add any credit information. Since I opened my paypal account, I did not add any credit card information. It is only at this time that I may be able to provide one.

 

If it helps, my case ID is PP-003-416-145-291.
