My PayPal was limited a few years ago for fraudulent activity.
I've read a lot of other threads about people's accounts who have been limited and basically shoved into a dead end where they would never be able to ever use PayPal again.
I'm just wondering, since I'm no longer a minor, and my limited account does not have my bank account/SSN entered in it, would I be able to create a new account now and enter that information for verification?
